A message from the President

There are two types of people:
Those that make things happen.
Those that wonder what happened.

I believe in this whole-heartedly that if we don't make things happen by putting feet to our dreams, we will be accompanying those who wondered what happened.

Since 2000, I have actively recruited foreign nurses to the U.S. as equal employees, as their American Counterparts with equal pay per their experience.

Before now we have been shy to Recruit nurses from Middle East, Asia and Africa. Because of the CGFNS not being offered there. Now all of that has changed and we are in full Pursuit of Nurses from these parts of the world to fill positions here in the United States. The shortage of nurses in the US is expected to last into the 21st century. The door is open to great opportunity but is met with high expectations. 1. Submit job application.

2. Pass TOEFL exam.                            Study hard and prepare your self to pass TOEFL exam.

4. Obtain your U.S. Visa.
Provide us all the necessary documents, required by our immigration attorney to file your visa application.

 

5.Pack your bags say good bye and come to USA.
 

    

Pre-Qualifying your application.             Once you apply, we will set you up with one of our designated consultant. Who will work with you step by step to guide you to achieve your goals. Who will review your application, and make sure that all the educational and experience requirements are complete before submitting it to our employers. If for any reason, you are not qualified at the time of the application, your consultant will advise you and guide you and work with you to make you qualify enough to meet our employer's requirements. If you don't give up working with us, We will never leave you, till you are fully qualified and are here in United States.

 

We will help you with TOEFL.                  We will guide you and help you step by step to successfully pass through this phase.

 

Help in Obtaining CGFNS Certification.        If you have not already gotten CGFNS certification, your consultant will help you get prepared for this exam and we will help you and guide you through this phase on each step. While waiting for the results after giving CGFNS  exam,  we will prepare you for your final (NCLEX-RN) U.S. Registard Nurse State License exam, which you can only give in United States.

 

After you pass your CGFNS exam, we will send your complete application with all the certification to our employers/hospitals and have your live interviews scheduled. As soon as you are hired by one of these hospitals, we will right away start your visa procedure.

 

U.S. Links International will make every effort to find you exactly the right job - one that suits you and your clinical skills and nursing experience. We have access to the largest number of nursing jobs in the U.S., so your options are numerous.

 

Our Expert Immigration Attorneys will file for your Green Card.

They will work on your file and arrange and prepare you for American Embassy interview in your country.

 

Welcome to USA.

After your visa is approved, we will send you the one way air ticket to come to USA. After you arrive in the U.S., our Transition Support Program will give you the tools and support you need. Our trained staff will help you settle more quickly into your surroundings, both clinically and socially. U.S. Links International has a "meet and greet" service second to none - a welcome at the airport, pre-arranged accommodations, assistance with opening a bank account, obtaining a social security number, and generally helping you to become acclimated to your new home. Till you get your first pay check, your local U.S. Links International office or representative will be there for you at all times.

 

You will start working right from the next day on a starting salary of $11/hr. till you get your NCLEX-RN license. We will apply for this exam as you feel comfortable. Remember, we have already made you prepare for this exam before coming to USA. As soon as you pass this exam, you will become a licensed RN. Now the day you become RN, your salary will be equal to all the other American nurses. You will be making any where from $36,000 - $55,000/Year depending on your experience and knowledge.

Licensing information
To work professionally as a registered nurse in the U.S. you must obtain a license to practice. To receive a license you must pass the NCLEX-RN, which is an examination administered by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing.

 

About the Green Card Process

You can consider yourself fortunate that you have chosen U.S. Links International to help you reach the USA.

We have had many years of experience in processing papers in a timely manner to the CGFNS and the INS. We have a large staff, which will be working on this both in your country and the US.

We will help you with all documents you may need for this process, secondly we will apply to the TOEFL for a date when you can take this exam. Thirdly we will apply to the CGFNS for a date and place where you can take this exam. Once you have passed the TOEFL and the CGFNS. With both of these certifies we will be ready to process you for green Card.

We will use the fast track method of processing you visa through the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS). We have enjoyed success in this area mainly due to our staff of dedicated immigration attorneys and employees who make sure all documents are correct before submitting them to the INS. We will answer all questions, which you may have.

Employment In The US

We are not like other recruiting firms, who sponsor you on their company name, give you salary on their pay stub and collect much more hourly rate than what they pay you. Some of these firms even take a cut from you pay for years.

With us, you will be directly employed by the Hospital. You will be paid equal to nurses employed at the same Hospital or Clinic where you are working. This means if a nurse there in the Cardiac intensive care unit is in their 1st year, is an employee of the Hospital and is earning $35,000.00 US Dollars. You will earn the same. You will get the same benefits as others. We will not charge any thing from you. Not a single cut from your hard earned salary.
